Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unworn, unused, and in original condition
- In original packaging
- With tags still attached
To start a return, please email info@courtlinepadel.co.uk with:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to return
- Reason for return
Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the outcome.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.
Shipping costs
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- If an item is faulty or incorrect, we’ll cover return postage
Exchanges
We don’t currently offer direct exchanges.
If you’d like a different size or colour, please return your item for a refund and place a new order.
Sale items
Items purchased on sale or with a discount code are non-refundable, unless faulty.
Faulty or incorrect items
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right.
